A rising star of Málaga cuisine, this promising young chef is firmly committed to seasonal products and the highest quality core ingredients. These provide him with his inspiration, and he then puts his whole soul into transforming them into delicious flavours – the same ones he learned as a child in his aunts’ kitchens. Later, he enhanced his skills working with the best Spanish chefs, before achieving his own unique technique.
