A crème de la crème of international golf headed to Switzerland after the British Open, to support the Sergio García Foundation. New champion Henrik Stenson – accompanied by the famous Claret Jug – was among the field taking part in the #SergioAndFriends pro-am at Bad Ragaz, raising $1 million for the foundation – which was established in 2002 with the aims of promoting social inclusion, through the game of golf, for both economically deprived and disabled children.

Teeing up were six of the current top-11 players in the Official World Golf Ranking, Rory McIlroy, Stenson, Rickie Fowler, Adam Scott, Garcia and Justin Rose, as well as 2015 Open winner Zach Johnson, Nicolas Colsaerts, Luke Donald, Thomas Bjorn, Lee Westwood, Justin Thomas, Gary Woodland, Alex Levy, Bernd Wiesberger, Rafa Cabrera Bello, Billy Horshel and guest of honour José Maria Olazábal. In all: four former world number ones, a combined 303 professional wins and 11 Grand Slam titles. The perfect opportunity, therefore, to take the “best golf selfie ever”.
