After two years, they have to decide if they want to become a lifetime member, or not, in which case they would have enjoyed a fantastic experience over the two years. The other main benefit is that this \u20ac12,000 (plus IVA), paid over two years, is completely deducted from the membership fee, which is \u20ac50,000 plus IVA. That is, they only have to pay the balance of \u20ac38,000 plus IVA, which means they would also have enjoyed membership of Finca Cortes\u00edn for two years without having to pay the member\u2019s annual fee, which is \u20ac2,856 plus IVA.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"\\\" p1=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"%5C%22images\/stories\/GolfCourses\/Finca\" cortesin=\"\" jpg=\"\" border=\"\\\"0\\\"\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"\\\" p1=\"\"><strong>\u2013 Why become a member of Finca Cortes\u00edn?
