Blessed with a frontline beach location in the C\u00e1diz municipality of Rota – in the renowned Costa Ballena urbanisation – Elba Costa Ballena, inaugurated on March 2008, has been designed in a Mediterranean style and created with the aim of offering clients year-round enjoyment and amenities.<\/p>\n

It is the perfect accommodation for golfers, as the hotel has a 27-hole course (18 plus nine) designed by Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Olaz\u00e1bal. Other main features of the hotel complex include a thalassotherapy center; a convention center with capacity for 700 people; paddle tennis courts; a mini-club and children’s area offering a wide range of games and swings; pools; and a gymnasium – as well as other amenities and services common in a four-star establishment. <\/p>\n

Another advantage is its location, as Costa Ballena is close to such emblematic cities and towns as Rota, Sanl\u00facar, Chipiona, Jerez and Puerto de Santa Mar\u00eda.<\/p>\n

The hotel has a total of 234 rooms, all with terrace or private balcony and magnificent views over the sea, golf course and gardens. The 213 double rooms are 30 square meters and include a 5.10 square metre terrace or private balcony; while the 39 square metre junior suites incorporate a lounge room and have a 21 square metre terrace or private balcony. There are also eight 40 square metre suites in the best parts of the building and on the top floor; they have a completely separate lounge room, guaranteeing total privacy, and large 22 square metre terraces with unrivalled views. <\/p>\n

In addition, there is a presidential suite on the top (fourth) floor, which has a large terrace offering magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean, separate lounge room and two bedrooms with complete bathrooms.<\/p>\n

The hotel’s gastronomic amenities are well covered by two restaurants and two bars.<\/p>\n

If, as well as golf, sun and beach, you want a health and beauty centre, nothing better than enjoying the thalassotherapy centre, comprising an extensive and complete circuit of seawater, with pool, hammam bath, a sauna, Vichy showers, etc. – as well as 14 booths where experts can provide clients with a wide selection of treatments oriented towards relaxation, with therapeutic programs, using water taken directly from the sea, algae, and all types of natural products to enhance beauty and relaxation. <\/p>\n

Golf lovers can enjoy the sport to the fullest, as the Costa Ballena urbanisation has a 27-hole golf course as well as a nine-hole par-3 layout. The hotel has a golf department which can organize golfing days and events, and reserve green fees and transfers to the course. <\/p>\n

One added advantage is that within an area of just 30 kilometres, just a few minutes away by car, there are 10 other golf courses where the hotel is able to offer special packages for clients of all playing levels.<\/p>\n
