The<\/span> Real Club de Golf Guadalmina <\/strong>has been proclaimed winner of the <\/span>International Men’s Interclubs Championship of Andalusia 2014 <\/strong>in a competition that took place during two days in the new course of<\/span> The San Roque Club<\/strong>. <\/span>Last year’s runner-up team at <\/span>Guadalhorce Golf Club,<\/strong> led the event from the first round, played under the Fourball modality, thanks to the 68 strokes (-4) of the couple composed by Casto G\u00f3mez and Antonio Cruz-Condez. <\/span>Casto G\u00f3mez and Antonio Cruz-Conde<\/strong>and the 71 strokes (1 under par) of the duo of <\/span>Haiko Dana<\/strong>–<\/span>\u00c1ngel Hidalgo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the second and final day, after a temporary suspension of play due to inclement weather, the Malaga foursome cemented a new title in the individual rounds of Casto G\u00f3mez (+2) and \u00c1ngel Hidalgo (+4).<\/p>\n

Thus, the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, with a total of 369 accumulated strokes, adds his second victory in the last three editions held.<\/p>\n

Likewise, this team will be subsidized by the Men’s Technical Committee of the Royal Andalusian Golf Federation <\/strong>to participate in the Spanish Interclub Men’s Championship<\/strong>, which will be played from September 25 to 28<\/strong> at the Real Nuevo Club de Golf de San Sebasti\u00e1n Basoz\u00e1bal <\/strong>(San Sebasti\u00e1n) <\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Second place, five strokes behind the winners, went to the Real Club de Golf de Sevilla <\/strong>team made up of Juan Carlos Torrente, Pablo Heredia, Gonzalo Leal and Ignacio Puente.<\/strong> In addition to the runner-up position, this team won the 1st Category Handicap with a total of 357 net strokes. <\/p>\n

In 2nd Scratch Category, the first place went to another foursome from the Real Club de Guadalmina: Christiaan Reynders, Francisco Casta\u00f1o, Luis Mansilla and Marc Mueller <\/strong>were at the top of the classification from the first day, and in the final round, they certified their victory with a record of 413 strokes.<\/p>\n

Regarding the 3rd Scratch Category, the quartet from Almeria La Envia Golf<\/strong> formed by Jose Manuel Rodriguez, Ernesto Javier Navarro, Antonio Perez<\/strong> and Antonio O\u00f1a <\/strong>finished at the top of the table with a cumulative score of 496 strokes.<\/p>\n

In 2nd Category Handicap, Real Club de Golf Guadalmina rounded off its great role in this competition with the victory of the team composed of Miguel \u00c1ngel Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>, Alfonso Gardeaz\u00e1bal, Anthony Fernades and Pedro \u00c1ngel Alonso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Finally, in the 3rd Handicap Category, the foursome from Cordoba of the Pozoblanco Golf Club<\/strong> formed by Guzm\u00e1n Fern\u00e1ndez, Domingo Serrano, Ram\u00f3n Gallego and Antonio Cabrera <\/strong>was the winner.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

At the end of the day’s play, the awards ceremony began with the presence, among others, of Luis Mansilla<\/strong>, President of the Men’s Committee of the Royal Andalusian Golf Federation, Guillermo Navarro<\/strong>, Director of The San Roque Club, and Gonzalo Goy, <\/strong>Assistant Director of the San Roque club.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
