{"id":14762,"date":"2014-05-29T14:35:26","date_gmt":"2014-05-29T14:35:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/andaluciagolf.com\/san-roque-club-venue-of-the-mens-interclub-championship-of-andalusia\/"},"modified":"2014-05-29T14:35:26","modified_gmt":"2014-05-29T14:35:26","slug":"san-roque-club-venue-of-the-mens-interclub-championship-of-andalusia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/andaluciagolf.com\/en\/san-roque-club-venue-of-the-mens-interclub-championship-of-andalusia\/","title":{"rendered":"San Roque Club, venue of the Men&#8217;s Interclub Championship of Andalusia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-3494\" src=\"https:\/\/andaluciagolf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/the-san-roque-club.jpg\" border=\"0\" style=\"float: left;margin-right:10px;\" width=\"874\" height=\"583\">This weekend, days <\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">May 31st and <\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">y <\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">1st of June<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">the new course of <\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">The San Roque Club <\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">will be the scene of the <\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Men&#8217;s Interclubs Championship of Andalusia 2014. <\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">A total of 29 sets of four players will take part in a competition that will be played over 36 holes, under the Fourball modality on the first day and Individual Stroke Play on the second.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">In 2013, <strong>Guadalhorce Club de Golf<\/strong>, acting as host club, added its second absolute title after the one won in 1997.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Two years ago, <strong>Real Club de Golf de Golf Guadalmina<\/strong> also left the victory at home and broke the hegemony of <strong>Club de Golf La Ca\u00f1ada<\/strong>, winner in 2010 and 2011.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">In this year&#8217;s edition, these three clubs are once again the favorites, without ruling out the teams representing<strong> Club de Golf Bellavista<\/strong>,<strong> Real Club de Golf de Sevilla and Real Club Pineda de Sevilla<\/strong> from the fight for the title.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">The winning foursome will be subsidized by the <strong>Men&#8217;s Technical Committee of the Royal Andalusian Golf Federation <\/strong>to participate in the <strong>Spanish Interclub Men&#8217;s Championship<\/strong>, which will be played from<strong> September 25 to 28<\/strong> at the <strong>Real Nuevo Club de Golf de San Sebasti\u00e1n Basoz\u00e1bal <\/strong>(San Sebasti\u00e1n)<strong> <\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">The Men&#8217;s Interclub Championship of Andalusia has been held since 1980 and its extensive list of winners includes <strong>Real Club de Golf Sotogrande <\/strong>and <strong>La Ca\u00f1ada <\/strong>as the most successful clubs with nine victories.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This weekend, days May 31st and y 1st of Junethe new course of The San Roque Club will be the scene of the Men&#8217;s Interclubs Championship of Andalusia 2014.
