The team formed by M\u00aa del Carmen G\u00f3mez (Finca Cortes\u00edn), Carmen Pi\u00f1ero (Zaud\u00edn), Rosario D\u00edaz (Zaud\u00edn) and M\u00aa Nieves Rivero de Aguilar (Real Club Pineda de Sevilla) won the first round of Zone A of the International Women\u2019s Circuit of Andalusia 2015, which was held at the La Monacilla course (Huelva).<\/p>\n
Fourteen teams of 4 players participated in the competition, playing 18 holes in Stableford Individual Handicap mode.<\/p>\n
The winners finished with an accumulated 108 points, 5 points ahead of the team formed by Carmen Albala (Islantilla Golf), Pilar Berdejo (El Rompido), Pilar G\u00f3mez Pando (Zaud\u00edn) and Carmen Alberola (Zaud\u00edn), who came in second place.<\/p>\n
Third place, nine points behind the winners, went to the team made up of Rosario Seda (AEGA), Susan Schuett, Teresa Elder and Maribel Jim\u00e9nez, the last three from Zaud\u00edn.<\/p>\n
The awards ceremony was presided over by Candelaria Flores, President of the Women\u2019s Committee of the Royal Andalusian Golf Federation; M\u00aa Carmen Carmona, Member of the Women\u2019s Committee of the Royal Andalusian Golf Federation; and Ricardo Bescansa, Director of La Monacilla.<\/p>\n
The Andalusian Women\u2019s Tour is divided into two zones. Throughout the season, three 18-hole rounds will be played in each of them, with the sum of the three best rounds scoring in each one. <\/p>\n
The final will be played over 36 holes in Stroke Play Individual Handicap at Rio Real on June 10 and 11.<\/p>\n
