A rising star of M\u00e1laga cuisine, this promising young chef is firmly committed to seasonal products and the highest quality core ingredients. These provide him with his inspiration, and he then puts his whole soul into transforming them into delicious flavours \u2013 the same ones he learned as a child in his aunts\u2019 kitchens.
