Its gastronomic proposal is directed by chef <strong>Jorge Gonz\u00e1lez Carmona<\/strong>, with experience in prestigious restaurants such as the <strong>Ritz Hotel in Madrid<\/strong> and <strong>Robuchon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cOur goal is to pay tribute to the history of the restaurant with a renewed and contemporary proposal.
