After his time at <b>David Leadbetter&#8217;s Academy in England<\/b>, he returned to found the <b>Sotogrande Golf School for Juniors<\/b>, cradle of great professional players. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">In 2018, he joined the <b>Villa Padierna Golf Academy by Michael Campbell<\/b> and, in 2021, he founded his own academy, <b>DG Golf Academy<\/b>, based in <b>Marbella and Switzerland<\/b>. David is currently a <b>teacher at La Ca\u00f1ada Golf Club (Sotogrande).<\/b> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><b>How to manage the career of a player in training<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Developing a golfer from the junior level requires an approach tailored to each level. The following are the most effective strategies for each stage of training. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>Base Level: Encouraging fun and interest<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Parents often place high expectations on their children when they start a sport. It is key to give him\/her <b>space<\/b> to face challenges independently. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avoid negative gestures during games, as they may affect your confidence.<\/li>\n<li>Teach them to <b>concentrate on their game<\/b> without external distractions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>High Level: Coordination between trainers<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">When the player reaches an advanced level, it is advisable to have a <b>personal trainer<\/b>. It is essential that there is communication between the personal trainer and the <b>school coach<\/b> to align training objectives. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><b>How to improve the robustness and accuracy on the driving range<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">In this class, we will work on techniques to achieve <b>more solid and straight strokes<\/b>. The exercises include two phases: <b>before<\/b> and <b>after<\/b>, using 10 balls per phase. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>The five best exercises to improve the swing<\/b><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>1.
