Carlota Ciganda from Navarre also played these five days of play, achieving her goal halfway: she has obtained the conditional card.

In Daytona Beach (Florida), Barcelona’s Elisa Serramiá earned the right to play the full schedule alongside Azahara Muñoz, Beatriz Recari, Belén Mozo and María Hernández by placing 15th (72+75+76+68+68+73). Her fourth round was key to the Barcelona golfer’s success.

Meanwhile, Carlota Ciganda fell back several places in the fourth round with an unfortunate +6 and has not been able to get rid of that ballast. She signed the par in the last round to close her passage through Florida in 34th position, which will allow her to play part of the U.S. calendar.

On another note, until December 5, the second phase of the Qualifying School for the Men’s European Tour will be played in several venues, all of them in Spain. The courses of El Valle (Murcia), Costa Ballena (Cádiz), Las Colinas (Alicante) and La Manga (Murcia) will determine which golfers -about 80- will play the final.

A total of 18 Spaniards are playing for the pass: Vicente Blázquez, Jordi García, Pedro Oriol, Carlos Simón, Francis Valera (Costa Ballena), José Luis Adarraga, Sebastián García-Grout, Ignacio Sánchez Palencia (Las Colinas), Agustín Domingo, Jordi García Pinto, Raúl Quirós (El Valle), Borja Etchart, Alfredo García-Heredia, Ivó Giner, Santi Luna, Adrián Otaegui and Marcos Pastor (La Manga).
