The Club de Golf Guadalhorce, in Malaga, hosted the inaugural round of the Costa del Sol Premium Circuit 2015, which will tour 22 Spanish golf courses.<\/p>\n

This Circuit, together with the Costa del Sol Dirigentes Premium, consisting of five tournaments, aims to intensify this year the promotion of Costa del Sol golf tourism at a national level in order to build loyalty among Spanish golf fans who usually travel to practice their favorite sport.<\/p>\n

To this end, the public entity Turismo Costa del Sol is going to invest 148,000 euros in a series of actions that include the aforementioned circuits, which will tour the country until October and will be developed together with the publishing group Dirigentes, which, in turn, has the logistical collaboration of the event organizing company Gambito Golf.<\/p>\n

The competition held in Guadalhorce, during two days, was attended by 240 golfers. Both days the tournament teed off at 8.30 a.m. and at 2.00 p.m. in groups of four. <\/p>\n

The competition went smoothly, the players were able to enjoy two days of sunshine and a course in excellent conditions and a great festive atmosphere.<\/p>\n

As for the winners, Carlos Baltasar \u00c1lvarez Ramos won the first category, with 45 points, and in second, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Gonz\u00e1lez Noain, with 38 points. Jacobo Cestino was the best scratch, and Ana Nava Cano obtained the best result in ladies. <\/p>\n

The next round of the Circuit will take place at the Real Club de Golf de Sevilla on March 21 and 22.<\/p>\n

The tournament schedule of the 2015 Costa del Sol Premium Circuit, whose final will be played from October 22 to 25 at a Costa del Sol course to be determined, is as follows:<\/p>\n
