One of the most spectacular and attractive golf courses in Spain, the South layout of the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, designed by Javier Arana, the best Spanish golf designer of all time, will host on Saturday, December 3 a test of the Andaluc\u00eda Golf Challenge 2016 Circuit, which is played on the best courses in the region.<\/p>\n

This amateur circuit, which this year celebrates its sixth edition , has already become a classic and arouses great expectation among fans from all over Europe, for the high quality of the courses where it is held, for its organization and for having great prizes.<\/p>\n

Registration for this open tournament to be played in Guadalmina Sur costs 65 euros without buggy (club members, according to regulations). There will be important prizes for the first three classified in each category, as well as for the winners of the longest drive (male and female), closest ball to the flag and special scratch prize. The registration fee includes green fee, cocktail, trophies and raffle. All participants must be over 18 years of age , as they will receive a free bottle of Hacienda Montecorto verdejo white wine, distributed by Bodegas \u00c1lvaro Domecq. <\/p>\n

The first three classified in each category plus the special prizes will receive gifts valued in thousands of euros as a whole, from the companies Fairway + Blue, TomTom, D.O. Somontano and Holiday Golf. Together with these companies, the tournament is also sponsored by Bodegas \u00c1lvaro Domecq and the real estate developer Ikasa. <\/p>\n

The scratch winner will receive as a prize a painting by the well-known painter Alejandro Hermann valued at several thousand euros.<\/p>\n

Organized by Andaluc\u00eda Golf, the tournament will be played under the individual Stableford modality with two categories.<\/p>\n

FIELD DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guadalmina Sur is the first 18-hole course of the prestigious Marbella club. Designed by Javier Arana, it was inaugurated in 1959 and is the first to be opened in Marbella and the second oldest on the Costa del Sol. The fairways, which wind through long-lived trees, are wide and almost without rough.
