The Real Club de Golf Sotogrande lived up to the great expectations that this splendid course always arouses and received the unanimous praise of the players who, over two days, played a new round of the 2019 Andaluc\u00eda Golf Challenge Circuit Destination Riviera Maya Golf Club in Mexico. The magnificent layout designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones presented superb conditions, and the prevailing sunny weather contributed to enhance a great competition. <\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to the prizes for each tournament (top brand clothing from the fairway+blue store, D.O. Somontano wines, sports equipment, etc.), the top five finishers in each category plus the scratch winner get a place in the final of the Circuit and are eligible for one of the five one-week trips to the Riviera Maya, including flight, hotel (Riviera Maya Resort) and golf at Riviera Maya Golf, Mayakoba and Playa Para\u00edso.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first classified in the RCG Sotogrande in first category and who obtain a place for the final were, in this order, the following: Jonas Lindman (41 points), Jos\u00e9 Antonio Rigaud Moreno (37), Francisco Javier Garc\u00eda Mar\u00edn (36), Carlos Mena Quero (36) and Rune Mikael Andersson (35).<\/span><\/p>\n

In the second category, the five who won a place in the grand final were Francisco Jos\u00e9 Nateras P\u00e9rez (43), \u00c1lvaro Clemares Sempere (40), Isabell Gustin (40), Miguel Cant\u00f3n Carretero (38), and Alberto Luis Alfonso \u00c1lvarez (38).<\/span><\/p>\n

The scratch winner was Jonas Lidman. The special prize for the closest ball (hole 17) went to Francisco Javier Garc\u00eda Mar\u00edna, while those for the longest drive on hole 18 went to Mar\u00eda Soledad Bellod and <\/span>Carlos Mena.<\/span><\/p>\n

The sports party concluded at the clubhouse facilities with a magnificent cocktail party and the awarding of prizes and raffle of gifts.<\/span><\/p>\n

ANDALUC\u00cdA GOLF CHALLENGE 2019 CIRCUIT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Andaluc\u00eda Golf Challenge Destino Riviera Maya Golf Club Riviera Maya Golf Club Bah\u00eda Pr\u00edncipe Circuit began on April 10 at Golf Santander (Madrid) and will conclude at La Reserva Club Sotogrande on August 24. The Grand Final will be played on September 7 at Alferini (Villa Padierna Golf Resort). The top five in each category in each tournament qualify for the Grand Final, where the five one-week all-inclusive trips to Bahia Principe Riviera Maya Resort will be decided with <\/span>golf at Riviera Maya Golf Club, El Camale\u00f3n Mayakoba and Playa Para\u00edso<\/strong>. This trip will take place on October 27th. <\/p>\n

It is also perfect for correcting bad habits and getting players who are stuck in their progress and want to improve back on track. <\/p>\n
