The Real Club Valderrama<\/strong>, which in September will host a new edition of the Estrella Damm N.A. Andaluc\u00eda Masters, was the setting for the fifth round of the Andaluc\u00eda Golf Challenge Circuit Destination Dominican Republic Ocean’s 4 Bah\u00eda Pr\u00edncipe.<\/strong> The repeatedly recognized over the years as the best golf course in continental Europe tested the skill and temper of the players, in a splendid weather and sports day. As usual in the Tour, the places available to play the tournament were sold out several days in advance. <\/p>\n

The course designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones<\/strong> looked spectacular, as always, with perfect fairways and greens. Competing in such an iconic setting, the scene of memorable Ryder Cup<\/strong> duels , American Express World Championships, Volvo Masters, Open de Espa\u00f1a and Andaluc\u00eda Masters<\/strong>, is a luxury that leaves no golfer indifferent. <\/p>\n

The Open Amateur Circuit organized by the magazine Andaluc\u00eda Golf\/Espa\u00f1a Golf celebrates its tenth edition this year, and again, as in the previous two editions, with a grand final prize of five trips to the Caribbean by Grupo Pi\u00f1ero<\/strong>. Apart from the prizes of each tournament (premium branded clothing from the fairway+blue store in Puerto Ban\u00fas, D.O. Somontano wines, Holiday Golf sports equipment, etc.), the first three classified in each category plus the scratch winner get a place to play the grand final of the Circuit (Atalaya Old, November 21) and thus opt for one of the prizes. five one-week trips to the Dominican Republic, including flights, transfers, five-star all-inclusive hotel and golf in the Dominican Republic.<\/strong> three of the best courses in the Caribbean: Ocean’s 4, Teeth of The Dog and Punta Espada.<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

In the first category, the first three classified were Juan Castro Rodr\u00edguez <\/strong>(37 points), Santiago R\u00edos Rubio <\/strong>(36) and Alejandro Mart\u00ednez Arasso<\/strong> (35). Helios Otero D\u00edaz <\/strong>and Francisco Javier Garc\u00eda Mar\u00edn<\/strong> qualified for the grand final together with Juan Castro, since Santiago R\u00edos had qualified for the final in a previous tournament of the Circuit and Alejandro Mart\u00ednez was scratch winner in Valderrama, so he obtained in this way a place for the grand final. It is worth mentioning the performance of Nicol\u00e1s Alexander Otero da Gama, a minor (not entitled to a prize) who finished fourth. <\/span><\/p>\n

The first three classified in second category were, in this order, the following: Sebastian Vidal Lopez-Burgos <\/strong>(41 points), Flavio Cassina <\/strong>(39) and Victor Ceballos Niebla <\/strong>(38). The three of them obtained a place for the grand final of the Circuit. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>The scratch winner was Alejandro Mart\u00ednez Arasso<\/strong>, who tied on 25 points with Francisco Javier Garc\u00eda Mar\u00edn. <\/span><\/p>\n

As for special prizes, the closest ball to the flag went to Manuel Saura and the longest drive went to <\/span>Manuel Saura<\/strong> and the longest drive award went to <\/span>Helios Otero<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The next two appointments of the Andaluc\u00eda Golf Challenge 2020 Destination Dominican Republic Ocean’s 4 Bah\u00eda Pr\u00edncipe Circuit are the 25th in Santa Clara Marbella and the 29th of July in San Roque New Course.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The top two finishers in each category and the scratch winner of the Grand Final will travel to the Dominican Republic. <\/p>\n
