Santa Clara Golf Marbella<\/strong> was the splendid setting for the Andaluc\u00eda Golf Challenge Circuit Destination Dominican Republic Ocean\u2019s 4 Bah\u00eda Pr\u00edncipe<\/strong>, which played its fifth event of the year in this great course located just five kilometers from the urban center of the cosmopolitan city of Marbella. The magnificent layout designed by Enrique Canales<\/strong> presented an excellent appearance and maintenance, and a benign weather accompanied the players throughout the day, developed in a pleasant sporting atmosphere. <\/p>\n

Participants in this new event of the Andaluc\u00eda Golf Challenge, which once again sold out all available places in advance and once again brought together many regular players of the Tour, were served refreshments halfway through the course. <\/p>\n

This open amateur circuit organized by the magazine Andaluc\u00eda Golf\/Espa\u00f1a Golf celebrates its tenth edition this year, and again, as in the previous two editions, with a grand final prize of five trips to the Caribbean by Grupo Pi\u00f1ero<\/strong>. Apart from the prizes of each tournament (premium branded clothing from the fairway+blue store in Puerto Ban\u00fas, D.O. Somontano wines, Holiday Golf sports equipment, etc.), the first three classified in each category plus the scratch winner get a place to play the grand final of the Circuit (Atalaya Old, November 21) and thus opt for one of the prizes. five one-week trips to the Dominican Republic, including flights, transfers, five-star all-inclusive hotel and golf in the Dominican Republic.<\/strong> three of the best courses in the Caribbean: Ocean\u2019s 4, Teeth of The Dog and Punta Espada.<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

In the first category, the first three classified that obtained a place for the grand final of the Circuit were Ignacio Cervantes Alonso <\/strong>(40 points), Jos\u00e9 Luis Rodr\u00edguez Rodr\u00edguez <\/strong>(39) and Garry McCollum<\/strong> (37).<\/span><\/p>\n

The top three finishers in the second category were the following: Giulio Riva <\/strong>(40 points), Javier Madrigal Burgaleta <\/strong>(40) and Cyril Dominicy <\/strong>(38). <\/span>Cyril Dominicy qualified to play the final in the tournament played in Valle Romano, so the fourth classified in Santa Clara Marbella, Francisco Romero de las Cuevas<\/strong>, gets the right to play the final on November 21 in Atalaya Old.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>The scratch winner was David Carretero Castillo<\/strong>, with 35 points. <\/span>As this player qualified in the tournament played in Atalaya, the right to play the final goes to the second classified, Ignacio Sarasola Arribas<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
