La Reserva Club Sotogrande<\/strong> again delighted the participants with its quality in its new appointment with the Andaluc\u00eda Golf Challenge Circuit<\/span><\/strong>which this year celebrates its tenth edition and has as its grand finale award<\/span> five trips to the Dominican Republic <\/span><\/strong>The week-long program includes flights, transfers, five-star all-inclusive hotel and golf at three of the best courses in the Caribbean: Ocean’s 4, Teeth of The Dog and Punta Espada<\/span>.<\/strong> The magnificent Costa del Sol golf course designed by the prestigious American golf architect Cabell B. Robinson<\/strong> It dazzled those who did not know it yet and delighted again those who had played it before. The spectacular condition of the fairways and greeens delighted the participants, as well as the excellent refreshments<\/strong> that were served next to the superb clubhouse in the passage between holes 9 and 10, which included a selection of cheeses, Iberian cold meats, fruits, omelettes, gazpacho, sandwiches, etc. <\/p>\n

As in the two previous editions, this open amateur circuit organized by the magazine Andaluc\u00eda Golf\/Espa\u00f1a Golf<\/strong> has five trips to the Caribbean by Grupo Pi\u00f1ero<\/strong> as a prize for the final. Apart from the prizes of each tournament (premium branded clothing from the Fairway+Blue <\/strong>store in Puerto Ban\u00fas, <\/strong> D.O. Somontano<\/strong> wines,<\/strong> Holiday Golf<\/strong> sports equipment ,<\/strong> etc.), the first three classified in each category plus the scratch winner of each tournament get a place to play the grand final of the Circuit (Atalaya Old, November 21) and thus opt for one of the five trips to the Dominican Republic for a week. <\/p>\n

In terms of sporting results, in the first category the first three classified were Santiago Guti\u00e9rrez Guti\u00e9rrez <\/strong>(42 points), <\/strong>Luis Larrinaga de Luis<\/span><\/strong> <\/strong>(37) and Bruno Herrero Mart\u00ed <\/strong>(35). <\/b>As Santiago Guti\u00e9rrez was already previously classified for the Final of the Circuit, <\/b>the fourth classified in La Reserva obtains a place for the Final, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Oriol Fabra <\/span><\/strong>(35).<\/span><\/p>\n

The top three finishers in the second category were, in this order, the following: <\/span>Jan Policki<\/span> <\/strong>(38 points), Manuel Montes Aparicio <\/strong>(36) and Paul James Mercer <\/strong>(35).<\/p>\n

<\/span>The scratch winner was Santiago Guti\u00e9rrez Guti\u00e9rrez <\/strong>, with 32 points. Being <\/span> previously qualified for the Final, the right to play the Final goes to the second classified, Enrique de Guzman Ochoa<\/strong> (30 scratch points).<\/span><\/p>\n

As for special prizes, the closest ball to the flag went to <\/span>Rafael de Mendiz\u00e1bal Castellanos<\/strong>, and the<\/span>longestdriveto Carmen Dom\u00ednguez Gonzalez <\/strong>and Enriquede<\/strong> Guzm\u00e1n <\/strong>deGuzm\u00e1n<\/strong>deGuzm\u00e1n<\/strong>deGuzm\u00e1n<\/strong>deGuzm\u00e1n<\/strong>de Guzm\u00e1n de Guzm\u00e1n de Guzm\u00e1n de Guzm\u00e1n de Guzm\u00e1n. <\/span>The next appointments in August of the Andaluc\u00eda Golf Challenge 2020 Destination Dominican Republic Ocean’s 4 Bah\u00eda Pr\u00edncipe Circuit are the 25th at Los Lagos de Mijas Golf, and the 29th at Finca Cortes\u00edn. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The top three in each category plus the scratch winner qualify for the Grand Final, where five one-week all-inclusive trips to the Playa Nueva Romana resort of Bah\u00eda Pr\u00edncipe in the Dominican Republic with golf at Ocean’s 4, Punta Espada and Teeth of The Dog<\/strong> will be decided. The top two finishers in each category and the scratch winner of the Grand Final will travel to the Dominican Republic. <\/p>\n
