New success for the Marbella Club Golf Resort<\/strong> event, with players on the waiting list who were unable to enjoy this magnificent course and an excellent day after a week of rain.<\/span><\/p>\n

The rains did not affect the course, which could be played without any limitations.<\/span><\/p>\n

This design by Dave Thomas<\/strong> (author, among others, of San Roque Old<\/strong> and The Belfry<\/strong>, Ryder Cup<\/strong> course) is one of the great courses of Benahav\u00eds<\/strong> and the Costa del Sol<\/strong>, masterfully directed by Rod Bastard, a regular contributor to our publication.<\/span><\/p>\n

The players were provided with buggies and practice balls courtesy of the club and were impeccably attended by Salvador L\u00f3pez Perea<\/strong>, who was attentive to the players’ needs at all times.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is an exclusive resort that fits perfectly with one of the best and most reputable hotels on the Costa del Sol, as is the accredited Marbella Club<\/strong> on the golden mile of Marbella.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the game, a wonderful cocktail was served by the caterers of Delicias Gourmet Group<\/span><\/a> who offered their quality product and service as only they know how to do.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once again, the best golf fashion store in the area, Fairway + Blue<\/strong>, presented the winners with garments from its store located in Puerto Ban\u00fas<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The scratch, first and second category winners won a place in the final of the Circuit organized by Andaluc\u00eda Golf\/Espa\u00f1a Golf magazine, where the fabulous five trips to the Riviera Maya<\/strong> will be decided next October.<\/span><\/p>\n

Scratch winner: Domingo Gavira <\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

As Domingo Gavira was already qualified for the Final of the Circuit, the right to play the Final of September 30 in Almenara<\/strong> corresponds to the second classified scratch corresponds to the second classified scratch, Karim Farid Saad.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span>This tournament completes the first thirteen of the almost thirty tournaments that make up the thirteenth edition of the Andaluc\u00eda Golf Challenge ‘Destino PGA Riviera Maya by Bah\u00eda Pr\u00edncipe’, an<\/strong> open amateur circuit organized by the Andaluc\u00eda Golf\/Espa\u00f1a Golf magazine.<\/strong> The circuit will cover all the Andalusian provinces, as well as others in central Spain, with most of the events taking place on the Costa del Sol, on top-level courses. <\/span><\/p>\n

The grand final<\/strong> of the circuit, from which the five winners of the trips to the Mexican Caribbean<\/strong> will be chosen, will be played on September 30 in Almenara<\/strong> and will be followed by a gala dinner at the Gran Hotel Guadalp\u00edn Ban\u00fas<\/strong> in Marbella.
<\/span><\/p>\n

Access to the final will be direct for the winner of each category and the scratch winner of each tournament, while the remaining places in the final will be awarded on the basis of the Benahav\u00eds Ranking based on the points obtained in each event.<\/p>\n

After the appointment in Marbella Club Golf Resort<\/strong>, <\/strong>the Circuit will be played in La Quinta<\/strong> on Wednesday , June 21 <\/strong>and in Zagaleta New<\/strong> on Saturday, June 24.<\/span><\/p>\n
