The Challenge of Spain scores a full complement of winners in its 25th edition. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/andaluciagolf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Sevilla-Hoyo-2.png\" alt=\"\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That the winner of the Challenge de Espa\u00f1a makes the jump to the DP World Tour, as has happened before, is an attraction to fight for the title in one of the oldest and most consolidated tournaments of the Challenge Tour. This has been the case in practically all these years with the players who have lifted the cup of the <strong>Royal Spanish Golf Federation <\/strong>for the <strong>Challenge of Spain<\/strong>, and therefore <strong>the seven winners of the year<\/strong>, and <strong>the top ten of the ranking of<\/strong> the Challenge Tour will travel to Seville to play this \u201ctalismanic\u201d tournament. <\/p>\n<p>The four winners of the tournaments held in February in South Africa have confirmed their participation: Welshman <strong>Rhys Enoch<\/strong>, Swede <strong>Mikael Lindberg<\/strong>, Frenchman <strong>David Ravetto<\/strong> and Swede <strong>Bjorn Akersson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Also the winners of the tournaments held last March in India, the British <strong>John Parry<\/strong> and the Danish number 1 of the Challenge Tour <strong>Rasmus Neergaard-Pettersen <\/strong>(in the photo), who also won the last tournament played in the United Arab Emirates after the Abu Dhabi Challenge, won by the British <strong>Garrick Porteous<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Along with them, completing the list of the top 10 of the Challenge Tour Ranking are the Frenchman and winner of 5 DP World Tour tournaments <strong>Alexander Levy<\/strong>, and the British players <strong>David Horsey<\/strong> and <strong>Sam Hutsby<\/strong>, dreaming of a push to the Tour, a fact that the Dane Rasmus has in his hands if he gets a third victory, with which he would make the leap immediately.<\/p>\n<p>It will undoubtedly be a <strong>great 25th edition of the Spanish Challenge<\/strong>, a tournament that has been played in nine Autonomous Communities throughout its history and that, <strong>for the fifth consecutive year, is being held in Andalusia, with <\/strong> <strong>players from 19 countries<\/strong>: Denmark, United Kingdom, Sweden, France, Germany, Ireland, Czech Republic, Finland, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Slovenia, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Iceland, Slovakia, South Africa and, of course, Spain.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>The Royal Spanish Golf Federation<\/strong> is the main sponsor of the Challenge of Spain, which is supported by the following companies<span> <\/span><strong>the Junta de Andaluc\u00eda, the Real Federaci\u00f3n Andaluza de Golf and the Consejo Superior de Deportes, as well as AON, Allianz, Volvo, Mahou-Sol\u00e1n de Cabras, Halcon Viajes, Kyocera, Tag Heuer, Iberdrola, Loter\u00edas y Apuestas del Estado, Scalpers, Maximiliano Jabugo, Bodegas Marqu\u00e9s de Arviza, Grupo Ybarra, TOA Shoes, Titleist, Licor Mediterraneo and Hotel Sevilla Green Suites.
