The spectacular Real Club Valderrama<\/strong>, the most internationally prestigious Spanish golf course, home of the 1997 Ryder Cup<\/strong>, LIV Golf Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong>, AmEx World Championships<\/strong> and Volvo Masters<\/strong>, among other world-renowned competitions, has been the magnificent setting for one of the events of the XIV<\/strong> SAN MIGUEL ANDALUC\u00cdA GOLF CHALLENGE ‘Destination Dominican Republic by Globalia’.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The players experienced a very special atmosphere at the Real Club Valderrama<\/strong>, savoring in a way the halo that had left days before the LIV Golf Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong>. In fact, the tents that had been set up for that great tournament, which brought together a great cast of the world’s great players and ended with the epic victory of Sergio Garcia<\/strong> and his team, Fireballs GC<\/strong>, were being dismantled. It was the third time that the player from Castell\u00f3n managed to triumph in what he always defines as “the best course in the world”.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

The experience of the participants is so special in this award-winning course designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones<\/strong> that there are many who reserve a place to play next year at the Real Club Valderrama<\/strong> in the next edition of the San Miguel Andaluc\u00eda Golf by Globalia Circuit.<\/strong> And they do well because there are many players who every year, due to the great demand and the limited number of places, are unable to play this emblematic event of the Circuit calendar organized by the magazine Andaluc\u00eda Golf \/ Espa\u00f1a Golf.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

The awards ceremony was presented by the Director of Operations of the host club, Pedro Mazarrasa<\/strong>. Also participating in the ceremony was Gabriela Jones<\/strong>, from the golf boutique in Puerto Ban\u00fas Fairway + Blue<\/strong>, who presented the winners with top brand garments. The raffle among the tournament participants included, among other gifts, a gastronomic experience at Dani Garc\u00eda’s Tragabuches Restaurant<\/strong> and magnum bottles of Bodegas Marqu\u00e9s de Ter\u00e1n<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

The XIV<\/strong> SAN MIGUEL ANDALUC\u00cdA ANDALUC\u00cdA GOLF CHALLENGE ‘Destino Rep\u00fablica Dominicana by Globalia’ <\/b>is an open amateur circuit organized by the magazine Andaluc\u00eda Golf \/ Espa\u00f1a Golf.<\/b> The circuit runs through all the Andalusian provinces, as well as Madrid and Mallorca, with most of the rounds being played on the Costa del Sol, on top level courses. <\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>grand final <\/span><\/b>of the Circuit, from which the five winners of the trips to the Dominican Caribbean<\/b> will be chosen, will be played <\/span>on September 28<\/b> at <\/span>Los Arqueros<\/strong> <\/span>and will be followed by a gala dinner at the <\/span>Gran Hotel Guadalp\u00edn Ban\u00fas<\/a><\/strong> in Marbella.<\/span><\/p>\n

Access to the final<\/b> will be direct for the <\/span>winner of each category<\/strong> <\/span>and the scratch winner<\/b> of each tournament, while the remaining places in the final will be awarded based on theBenahav\u00eds Ranking<\/b> based on the points obtained in each event.<\/span><\/p>\n

The next appointments of the Circuit will be on July 25 at Zagaleta New Course and on August 3 at Novo Sancti Petri and August 11 at La Cala Resort-Campo Asia.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
