The fantastic Links Course <\/strong>of La Hacienda Links Golf Resort,<\/strong> as expected, <\/span><\/strong>dazzled the participants in the antepenultimate event of the SAN MIGUEL ANDALUC\u00cdA GOLF CHALLENGE \u2018Destination Dominican Republic by Globalia\u2019.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Not surprisingly, the only links course on the Costa del Sol, brilliantly redesigned by the famous American designer <\/span>Kurtis Bowman<\/strong>, combines an impressive setting by the sea and spectacular views of the Rock of Gibraltar with an unbeatable presentation and maintenance of the course.<\/span><\/p>\n

As in the vast majority of the tournaments of the Circuit, which this year celebrates its fourteenth edition, La Hacienda Links was fully booked and sold out in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n

All the players were impressed by the conditions of the course, which was praised by the majority, qualifying it as one of the best courses in Spain.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Links is a challenging course, with unique views and a course quality on a par with the best courses in Europe. It is formed by wide fairways, fast and perfect greens, strategically placed bunkers and gentle slopes that descend towards the sea, ending in a beautiful beach and creating a front of almost two kilometers. Most of its holes border the beach. The new course is even more open to the sea and offers <\/span>one of the best views of the entire Costa del Sol over the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and Africa, which can be appreciated from all its greens.<\/p>\n

In addition to the spectacular course, Sal Verde <\/strong>\u2018s superb catering also contributed to the great success of the tournament. Sal Verde<\/strong> is in charge of the clubhouse restaurant as well as Calma Bar<\/strong>, between holes 9 and 10, and Arena Bar<\/strong>, on the beach adjacent to the resort. Sal Verde offered the tournament participants a magnificent hole pass at Calma Bar, which delighted the players, and a splendid cocktail in the clubhouse. <\/p>\n

The organization of the Circuit is grateful for the attentions of the staff of La Hacienda Links Golf Resort, especially its director, Fernando Padr\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The XIV<\/strong> SAN MIGUEL ANDALUC\u00cdA ANDALUC\u00cdA GOLF CHALLENGE \u2018Destino Rep\u00fablica Dominicana by Globalia\u2019 <\/b>is an open amateur circuit organized by the magazine Andaluc\u00eda Golf \/ Espa\u00f1a Golf.<\/b> The circuit runs through all the Andalusian provinces, as well as Madrid and Mallorca, with most of the rounds being played on the Costa del Sol, on top level courses. <\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>grand final <\/span><\/b>of the Circuit, from which the five winners of the trips to the Dominican Caribbean<\/b> will be chosen, will be played <\/span>on September 28<\/b> at <\/span>Los Arqueros<\/strong> <\/span>and will be followed by a gala dinner in Marbella.<\/span><\/p>\n

Access to the final<\/b> will be direct for the <\/span>winner of each category<\/strong> <\/span>and the scratch winner<\/b> of each tournament, while the remaining places in the final will be awarded based on theBenahav\u00eds Ranking<\/b> based on the points obtained in each event.<\/span><\/p>\n

The next appointments of the Circuit, the last before the grand finale, will be on August 31 in Chaparral<\/strong> (sold out) and on September 7 in Mairois, Mallorca.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
