The event was attended by Jos\u00e9 Carrasco <\/strong>and Juan Luis Villal\u00f3n<\/strong>, mayor and deputy mayor of Casares respectively; Vicente Rubio<\/strong>, general manager of Finca Cortes\u00edn; and Alicia Garrido<\/strong>, president of Deporte and Business, promoter and organizer of the Solheim Cup 2023.<\/p>\n The Casare\u00f1o alderman welcomed and highlighted with his words \u201cthe magnificent opportunity that represents a tournament like the Solheim Cup to make known to the world the many tourist attractions of our town, in addition to Finca Cortesin, which is a first class tourist destination and generates a very important wealth to the area.<\/p>\n The general manager of the tournament\u2019s host course recalled that \u201cwe are 183 days away from the event, and we are taking all the necessary steps to make the event a success\u201d.<\/p>\n Alicia Garrido, did not hide the tremendous emotion that comes from seeing the achievement of a dream that \u201chas been fought for years and for which we will continue to work until the last day\u201d.<\/p>\n Finally, Juan Luis Villal\u00f3n, deputy mayor of Casares, closed the event saying that \u201cone of the great objectives of this next Solheim Cup is that all spectators visit our town.
