This triumph opens the Spanish golf&#8217;s win list for the year 2024 in the NCAA. <span> <\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"contenedor_contenido\">\n<div class=\"contenido\">\n<div class=\"ExternalClass124CAD93A58A416FB2B52ACE5E317282\">\n<p><span>Julia L\u00f3pez, a native of Benahav\u00eds who is continuing her athletic and academic training at Mississippi State University, accumulated 208 strokes over the three days of competition.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>After submitting very disparate cards of 67 and 77, the Spanish golfer surprised all her rivals with an almost perfect round of 64 strokes, seven under par, with eight birdies and only one bogey, which led her to lead the ranking along with three other players -Jennifer Cai, Hannah Darling and Farah O&#8217;Keefe-, all tied with 208 strokes. That 64 in the final round, the best score of all participants, was vital to grant the victory to Julia Lopez. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Spanish amateur women&#8217;s golf already knew what it was like to win this Darius Rocker Intercollegiate. Carolina L\u00f3pez Chacarra from Madrid also won this tournament in 2022.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Julia L\u00f3pez adds her seventh victory in different NCAA tournaments since she won the Sam Golden Invitational in 2021.
