It is now a bi-monthly, bilingual (English and Spanish), full-colour magazine printed on quality paper with glossy covers featuring global golfing stars. The print run for the two editions, ANDALUCÍA GOLF and ESPAÑA GOLF, is 30,000 copies and the magazine reaches all regional golf federations and golf clubs throughout Spain.

The print run for the two editions, ANDALUCÍA GOLF and ESPAÑA GOLF, is 30,000 copies and the magazine reaches all regional golf federations and golf clubs throughout Spain.

DISTRIBUTION

The magazine is distributed throughout the world of golf by the following means:

1- Direct mailing to golf federations in Spain, 40 per cent of whose members are foreigners – largely British.

2- Additional mailing to banks, estate agents, insurance and financial institutions, regional governments, municipal authorities, golf federations, and other selected businesses and organisations which are related in some way to golf.

3- Direct delivery to more than 250 golf clubs in Spain, where the magazines are distributed in relation to the number of members and visitors at each club. The greatest emphasis is placed on the Costa del Sol, where there is a concentration of more than 70 golf clubs. Furthermore, the magazine is distributed free of charge in hotels, estate agencies, PR agencies, restaurants, airline offices, tourist offices, car rental offices, banks, and other businesses and organisations which are directly or indirectly related to golf.

4- International mailing of ANDALUCÍA GOLF and ESPAÑA GOLF to more than 20 countries around the world, and to an extensive mailing list of people and organisations who have shown an interest in receiving the magazine.

READER PROFILE

The readership of ANDALUCÍA GOLF and ESPAÑA GOLF comprises people whose average age is above thirty. The majority are from the A-B economic groups, and include an ever-increasing number of golfers and property buyers from Europe, the US and Asia.

The reader demographic includes Spanish, British, Irish, Nordic, central European, Japanese, Ame­rican and many other diverse nationalities. The majority of foreign readers are to be found in Spain’s main tourist areas. They tend to be members of golf clubs and property owners in their respective areas. Another important sector is represented by “golf tourists” who are keen to travel to Spain because, in their own countries, severe weather conditions prevent them from playing golf during certain months of the year. Golfing in Spain is especially attractive to visitors from these markets as our weather conditions allow play all year round.
