The prestigious amateur circuit kicks off its sixteenth edition this Saturday, February 21 at one of the best courses in Europe, with an eye on the Grand Final in the Dominican Republic.
The wait is over. The XVI San Miguel Andalucía Golf Challenge by Globalia kicks off its 2026 season and does it in a big way: visiting the spectacular Real Club Sevilla Golf course this Saturday, February 21.
Considered one of the best golf courses in Spain and designed by José María Olazábal, the Real Club Sevilla Golf has established itself as one of the great national golf references and a regular venue for high-level competitions, and will be the luxury setting for the first round of this circuit, which this year is presented under the slogan “Costa del Sol, Destination Dominican Republic”.
Players will enjoy a day of world-class golf on an impeccable layout, known for its immaculate bermuda fairways and fast greens, which will test the skill of the participants in an unparalleled scenic setting.

The day will begin with a shotgun start at 9:30 am. The registration fee is 100 € and includes a premium service package:

Heading to the Caribbean
The main highlight of the circuit, beyond the daily competition, is the race to the Caribbean.
