The Costa del Sol is enjoying an impressive new era when it comes to prime real estate developments located close to golf courses. Leading the way are apartment complexes being completed in the heart of the “Costa del Golf”.

Leading London Stock Exchange-listed company Taylor Wimpey is developing the Botanic apartment urbanisation near Los Arqueros golf course (in Benahavís municipality) and Horizon Golf next to one La Cala Resort’s three courses (in Mijas municipality).
