The US Masters might not begin until 6 April but bets are already being waged on the potential winner. According to Sportsbook, 2015 champion Jordan Spieth and Rory McIlroy (who needs the Masters to become the sixth player in history to win at least one of each of the four majors) are joint favourites at 15/2.

They are followed by 2015 US PGA Championship winner and current world number one Jason Day (8/1), reigning US Open champion Dustin Johnson (9/1), Hideki Matsuyama (13/1), Justin Thomas (15/1), Adam Scott (20/1), who in 2013 became the first Australian to win a Green Jacket, 2012 and 2014 titleholder Bubba Watson (20/1), and 2016 Olympic champion Justin Rose (20/1).

And Tiger, seeking his fifth Masters title? He comes in next at 22/1, ahead of 2016 British Open champion Henrik Stenson (25/1), three-time victor Phil Mickelson (29/1), and Rickie Fowler (30/1) and Patrick Reed (35/1), both still seeking their first Grand Slam titles. Jon Rahm is next at 40/1 after his sensational Farmers Insurance victory this past weekend. Reigning champion Danny Willett languishes way down the list (65/1).
