Peter Walton, executive director of IAGTO, said he was “delighted to see that the Costa del Sol has reached a new level through the
production of these wonderful 360-degree experiences of the more than 70 golf courses in the area. Walton was convinced that the development of this novelty “will whet the appetite of every golf traveler.”
Neil Crosslan, of British operator Yourgolftravel, said he was “impressed” by the new tool: “It is the tool of the future and will revolutionize marketing,” said Crosslan, who praised the quality of the images.
Finally, Mario Schomann, of Golf Globe GmbH, was also impressed by the Costa del Golf 360 project and, in general, “by the way in which the Costa del Sol destination is moving forward with the latest technology. The launch of the Costa del Golf 360 project took place last week at the IGTM, the reference event for the international golf tourism segment, an event that has already been held twice in the province of Malaga.
The IGTM brings together each year about 600 suppliers to the golf industry, with 350 professional visitors or buyers, plus nearly a hundred accredited journalists from around the world.
