The agreement between Hilton and Higuerón Developments was formalized on November 5, 2025, with the participation of Chris Nassetta, President and CEO of Hilton, and Javier Rodríguez, CEO of Higuerón Developments. Scheduled to open in 2029, the Waldorf Astoria Marbella will offer:
