The tournament at La Cañada 2026 brought together 170 players as part of the SAN MIGUEL XVI CIRCUITO ANDALUCÍA GOLF CHALLENGE COSTA DEL SOL DESTINO DOMINICAN REPUBLIC BY GLOBALIA, in a day marked by high participation and an excellent club atmosphere. The high demand made it necessary to organize two outings, morning and afternoon, reflecting the strong interest that the circuit continues to generate in the area of Campo de Gibraltar.
Course conditions and tournament development
The course was in excellent condition, with very well maintained surfaces that, together with the usual wind of the Strait, demanded precision and a good strategic reading of each hole. These conditions marked the development of the tournament in La Cañada, where adaptation to the wind was a determining factor in the final results. During the tour, participants enjoyed products from sponsors such as Cervezas San Miguel and Solán de Cabras, also present at the awards ceremony.Scratch and category winners

Tournament experience in La Cañada 2026
Beyond the competition, the tournament at La Cañada 2026 stood out for its organization and atmosphere. The cocktail served by the club’s catering was one of the most valued moments, with special mention to Amanda for her involvement.
The players were also able to enjoy a tasting of Sevirol, a spritz made from Seville oranges.
The awards ceremony was attended by Juan Quirós, a leading figure in Spanish golf, who accompanied the winners in a very special event.
All the winners received trophies, wines from Grupo La Navarra, Bridgestone balls and Fairway + Blue garments. Afterwards, the raffle gave out wines, balls, Corporat-e toiletry bags, circuit umbrellas and Sevirol products.
Participants were also treated by Recoletas Salud Marbella and had the opportunity to register for a test drive of the Maserati Grecale.
Qualification and access to the Final
