Welcome party and Long Drive contest at the Michlifen Atlas Pro-Am
On the first night, a welcome cocktail gave the teams a chance to get to know each other around the Michlifen hotel pool, with a lively musical atmosphere. The Spanish teams made their intentions clear by opening the first dances of the evening.
On Friday morning the participants arrived at the course for their first taste of the Michlifen greens. This first day also served to present the fabulous Jayma, a sign of the Resort’s warm hospitality.

After the first practice day, the Long Drive contest was played facing the Azrou valley, where many of the players showed off their hitting power. Jean de Wouters among the professionals, Tarek Balli in Men’s Amateurs and Mounia Akhitouch in Women’s Amateurs won their respective categories and the APM Parfums Best Drive prize. The contest was followed by a barbecue on the Clubhouse terrace, under the stars and with the town of Azrou at its feet.
