
Soft avocado cream garnished with carabinero carpaccio and citrus air or tuna tataki on seaweed and ajococo salad, these are two of the starters proposed by Agustín Román, chef of Casino Marbella, in his new menu.
This promising young chef from Malaga is committed to market products and the excellence of the raw material. She inspires him and puts her soul into transforming these delicacies into exquisite flavors, as she has learned since her childhood, when she used to sneak into her aunts’ kitchens. Later, together with the most prestigious chefs of the national gastronomy, she would perfect this technique until she made it unique.
If we add to this cuisine an excellent service and a wine list with almost 50 references, elaborated by the maitre Gerard Val-llaura, we have a unique experience.
The remodeling of the space puts the icing on the cake to ensure that a dinner at the Casino, in addition to being unique, can be unforgettable. Until half past two in the morning we can sit at the tables of the restaurant, which offers tasting menus, group menus and the possibility of finding after dinner all the luck we did not have on the golf course.
