Greenlife Golf Club has been the scene of a concentration, promoted by the Children and Youth Committee of the Real Federación Andaluza de GolfThe first two classified and tied for first place in each category of the Annual Ranking of the Annual Ranking of the Andalusian Small Circuit 2013. This concentration has been mixed and has had the participation of 17 players aged between 8 and 11 years.
The list of players called up consisted of María Mercedes Vega, Claudia Alnajim (Special Female Category), Ana Belén Morales, Isabel Martín (Alevín Femenino), María Torres, Marta Velarde (Benjamín Femenino 10-9 years old), Ana Coronil, Claudia Casas, Marta Aguilar (Benjamín Femenino 8 and under), Charles Lewis Stagnetto, Juan Pedro Ramírez (Especial Masculina), Antonio José León, Gabriel Macías (Alevín Masculino), Pedro Alonso-Morgado, Sergio Berenguer (10-9 years old), Pablo Torres and Salvador Quiñones (8 and under).
During this training day, Angel Hidalgo, RFGA professional, has carefully analyzed the game of each of these young golfers. Thus, two groups were formed to combine the work of the long game, with swing recording and correction, and the short game, with statistics and specific putting and approach exercises.
The concentration was completed with a competition where the focus was on strengthening rules and strategies.
Along with Angel Hidalgo, Manuel Garvayo, acting President of the RFGA Children and Youth Committee, as well as Vanessa Garvayo and Javier Nunez, members of the Committee, did not want to miss the developments of these promising young Andalusian golfers.
