J.Lindeberg unveils its 30 anniversary capsule, a commemorative collection that celebrates the brand’s entry into the world of golf and revisits the legacy built in the nineties with an image redefined for today.
The Scandinavian label, which blends high-performance golf with premium fashion, marks the milestone with a collection that journeys back to one of the sport’s great visual icons and translates it to the silhouette and pace of today’s player.
A 30 anniversary capsule inspired by Parnevik at The Open 1998
The 30 anniversary capsule pays tribute to one of golf’s most memorable style moments: Jesper Parnevik’s appearance at The Open Championship in 1998. From the pink trousers to the black sweater and the iconic snapback cap, it was an image that marked a chapter in the brand’s history and helped shape a new fashion language on the course.
The 30 anniversary capsule reinterprets that moment through a modern lens, carrying its attitude and palette into contemporary silhouettes designed for today’s game and the lifestyle that surrounds it. Golf news once again crosses paths with fashion.
The nostalgic wardrobe includes polos with personality, striped knitwear, pleated trousers and tailored shorts, complemented by dresses and light layers that move naturally from the course to the clubhouse and into long summer evenings. A palette of pink, black and pristine white anchors the collection as a nod to the original look.

Hovland and Norgaard debut the 30 anniversary capsule at the U.S. Open
Brand ambassadors Viktor Hovland and Niklas Norgaard will wear several pieces from the 30 anniversary capsule during the 126th U.S. Open Championship, taking place at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in Southampton, New York, from 18 to 21 June.
“Reinterpreted for today across both menswear and womenswear, the collection brings golf and ready-to-wear together through a modern, confident lens,” says Neil Lewty, Creative Director at J.Lindeberg. “Finished with the unmistakable cap and exclusive 30 anniversary branding, every piece honours our heritage while pushing the legacy forward.”
The capsule is an extension of the Summer Holiday 2026 collection, which continues the “A Day in the Lifestyle” narrative. Set in the heart of summer, it reflects a rhythm shaped by movement: mornings on the course, afternoons by the water and evenings that stretch well past sunset.
The capsule goes on sale today online at jlindeberg.com and at jlindebergusa.com, as well as at selected J.Lindeberg stores around the world.
