This year Rahm represented Spain at the Olympic Games in Paris and finished fifth, the player from Barrika will arrive at the San Roque course to face his second tournament of the DP World Tour season on Spanish soil after signing a brilliant performance in the Acciona Open de España, where he fought to achieve his fourth title in the tournament and finished in second place.
A possible victory at Real Club de Golf Sotogrande would add Jon Rahm to an illustrious list of champions who have won at the Cadiz course, such as Severiano Ballesteros, Rory McIlroy, José María Olazábal, Padraig Harrington, Roberto de Vicenzo, Shane Lowry, Francesco Molinari and Sergio García.
Rahm reinforces a stellar line-up that includes the top Spanish golfers and international stars such as Victor Perez, Thorbjørn Olesen, Matt Wallace, Rafa Cabrera-Bello and Pablo Larrazábal. Undoubtedly, a magnificent incentive for all those who want to enjoy a unique spectacle for all audiences at the Estrella Damm N.A. Andalucía Masters.
