All this has been very well received by the varied profile of our clients: local, national and international.
Now, however, we are going a step further, adding value to the attractiveness of our product. We have launched a new offer on the market, which is proving to be very successful. It is about incorporating golf as an essential part of the fact of being able to enjoy a home.

-We have started working on it very recently, but with a lot of strength. We have two profiles on Facebook, one for real estate issues and the other for the golf course. We have understood it as a tool to generate enthusiasm and that it will be useful in the long term. In this, we are pioneers. I don’t think there are many developers that have decided to break the barrier of fear with respect to social networks.

What are yourshort-term plans?
-A few days ago we were granted the first occupancy license for phase three of one of the developments, Villa Borghese. This will allow us to start deeds shortly. Phases 1 and 2 of this development already have this type of license and the communities of owners have also been constituted and, in fact, there are residents who have already been living there for almost a year. In another of the developments, Capitolio, we have also had the first occupancy license for six months and homes are already being deeded.
-What abouttourist apartments?
-One of this year’s objectives is to launch the tourist apartments, which are grouped in Flaminio. There are 430 apartments and they will generate added value to Valle Romano. The tourist apartments operate in a similar way to a hotel. There are a series of common rooms and services and a reception. The difference is that instead of having a room, the client enjoys a beautiful apartment of more than 80 m2, with two bedrooms, a large kitchen, a large living room and a fantastic terrace of more than 30 m2, with views of the golf course or the mountains or the sea, or even all three.
We believe that being on a golf course and so close to all kinds of services and the town of Estepona will generate a very high volume of people who want to come and enjoy their vacations. And it will allow us to build up the loyalty of these clients as potential home buyers.

-We think it is also an extraordinary opportunity for investors as there are tourist apartments from 140,000 ?
