The seventh edition of the Andalucía Golf Challenge was a resounding success, with an international melting pot of golfers enjoying excellent weather, magnificent courses and a pleasant social atmosphere.

Organised by Andalucía Golf magazine, the hugely popular summer circuit was held at a veritable crème de la crème of golf clubs on the Costa del Sol, and indeed in Spain: Royal Guadalmina (South Course), designed by Spanish maestro Javier Arana; Royal Sotogrande, the creation of legendary U.S. designer Robert Trent Jones; La Reserva Club Sotogrande, created by another top international designer, Cabell B. Robinson; San Roque Resort (Old Course), a celebrated European Tour venue: Flamingos, in the ultra-luxurious setting of Villa Padierna Resort; and Finca Cortesín, three times a host of the World Match Play Championship.

Each tournament concluded with a first-class cocktail reception in an amicable clubhouse setting, with top-quality prizes and gifts provided by fairway+blue, Holiday Golf, Somontano Wines, Marbella-based artist Alejandro Hermann and other sponsors.
