Grupo Inmobiliario La Quinta has reached an agreement with the Chilean business group Empresas Phoenix for the transfer of the facilities of Hotel La Quinta and La Quinta Golf & Country Club, a golf course designed by Manuel Piñero with a total of 27 holes. This is an important alliance with an international business group with great experience in real estate developments, leisure facilities and high standing hotels, which ensures the continuity of the tourist services offered so far at the same level of quality as before.
With the development of the current land of Grupo Inmobiliario La Quinta almost one hundred percent completed, with more than 1,000 units sold between villas and apartments, the company has decided to offer the hotel and golf course to a company with experience and potential for the development of such businesses.
This transaction has been advised by ONE to ONE Corporate Finance, one of the largest independent Corporate Finance advisors, with no conflicts of interest, where its shareholding is composed exclusively of its directors and employees.
Future development in El Real de La Quinta
Now that the current real estate development of the La Quinta Golf urbanization has been concluded, with practically all the properties marketed, this entity is now focusing its activity on the exploitation and enhancement of the more than 200 hectares it owns in the privileged enclave of El Real de La Quinta.
El Real de La Quinta is an estate located northwest of Marbella, belonging to the municipality of Benahavís. El Real de La Quinta faces the goal of a future exclusive real estate development perfectly integrated into the natural environment, respecting the surrounding ecosystem, where the use of renewable energy and environmental care will be a priority.
