Rafael Hernández Alcalá, managing director of Golf Novo Sancti Petri, explains the details of the rights of use that will have the temporary or designated members of the club.

-Is it possible to transfer the right of use?

-The right of use cannot be assigned or rented. Nor is it possible to transfer it due to illness or incapacity.

-If the holder of a right of use dies, what happens?

-The right of use will be inherited by the person designated in the will or whoever is entitled to it by law.

-When the period of time for which I purchased the right of use expires, do I have preference over other interested parties to reacquire it?

-Yes, you have preference.

-Can the price of the right of use vary in the future?

-The prices have only been fixed for the first 100 rights of use that will be offered for sale at a preferential price. When the right of use that you have acquired completes the period of time for which you purchased it, and you decide to extend it, the price will be increased with the resulting annual CPI.

-I am a shareholder, do I have a preference to purchase a right of use?

-Yes, the requests will be attended in chronological order of when the interested parties registered in the list that we have for that purpose. But the first to be attended will be the Owner Members who have requested it for relatives in the first degree of consanguinity (parents and children). The following order of preference will be calculated according to the hiring period.

-If I am unable to pay an installment, what happens?

After 15 days of non-payment of a quarter, the right of use is suspended until the time of payment of the same. After 6 months without payment of quotas, the member loses his condition and GNSP will be able to dispose of this right, without prejudice to the interests of delay or pecuniary penalties that could be turned.

-If I pay for the right of use on a quarterly or annual basis, can the price vary?

-For example, if I decide to renew after 3 years of contract, the price of my renewal will be affected by the 3 years already enjoyed. In the case of annual or quarterly payment of a contract of more than one year, the fees will be modified by the CPI.

-I have heard that in order not to overcrowd the parking lot, right of use holders will not have access to the parking lot. In low season I will not be able to park either? No parking cards will be issued for right of use holders, so their access will not be allowed during the low season either.

-If I extend my entitlement, do I have to pay the administration fee again? No, in case of extension you do not have to pay it again, since it is a one-time payment. As in the case of owner-members, the payment of fees will be made on an annual or quarterly basis. If we were in the case of a right of family use, the fees corresponding to the children will be included in case it corresponds.

-Do I have to pay quarterly or annual fees? Depending on the modality chosen, the individual or family fee is paid. Children up to 9 years of age are included in the family fee without additional payment, and from 10 years of age onwards there are sliding scale prices.

-Members enjoy certain advantages regardless of the reduced green fee (additional service prices, special prices in Campano, courses with agreement…).

-As a holder of a right of use, will I also be able to enjoy these advantages?

-Yes, the application conditions will correspond to those of the members at any given time.
