Azata's success with the San Miguel Andalucía Golf Challenge

Azata Golf has once again hosted with great success and with the sold-out sign a new round of the SAN MIGUEL ANDALUCÍA GOLF GOLF CHALLENGE ‘Destination Dominican Republic by Globalia’ Circuit, which this year celebrates its fourteenth edition.

Despite having a considerable number of participants, the pace of play was very good, and the tournament was also developed with a perfect temperature. The speed of the greens was outstanding. The lunch that was enjoyed after the competition in the clubhouse was served by the catering that also runs the well-known beach bar Pez en el Agua, in Estepona.

It is worth mentioning the collaboration given to the tournament by the entire golf club team led by Agustín Alonso.

Prizes for the top finishers included magnum wines from Bodegas Marqués de Terán of the D.O. Rioja, dozens of balls Bridgestone and clothing from the Puerto Banús boutique Fairway+blue.

FULL RESULTS

Azata Golf is the third of the 25 tournaments that make up the fourteenth edition of this open amateur circuit organized by the magazine Andalucía Golf / España Golf. The circuit will cover all the Andalusian provinces, as well as Madrid and Mallorca, with most of the rounds being played on the Costa del Sol, on top level courses.

The grand final of the Circuit, from which the five winners of the trips to the Dominican Caribbean will be chosen, will be played on September 28 at Los Arqueros and will be followed by a gala dinner at the Gran Hotel Guadalpín Banús in Marbella.

Access to the final will be direct for the winner of each category and the scratch winner of each tournament, while the remaining places in the final will be awarded on the basis of the ranking based on the points obtained in each event.

The next appointments of the Circuit will be on Saturdays April 13 at Real Club Sevilla Golf and 27 April 27th at La Garza.
