Flamingos (July 18), Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, Aloha and Marbella Club Resort (August 7, 15 and 20 respectively) will host this summer competitions in favor of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC). The registration fee per tournament is 100 euros, and 32 per buggy. Members of Flamingos, Aloha and RCG Guadalmina will enjoy special prices.
The modality of play will be Individual Stableford and there will be prizes for the closest ball on all par 3’s (sponsored by Holiday Golf Estates) and the longest drive (donated by Ping). Each tournament will have a catering service offered by Delicias Gourmet Group.
The awards ceremony will be held on August 23 at the beach club Playa Padre (Marbella) and will be followed by a lunch, which will be priced at 50 euros for tournament participants and 150 euros for non-players (reservations at the AECC of Marbella from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm or at marbella@aecc.es).
The main sponsor of these charity competitions in favor of the AECC is La Cañada Shopping, and the town councils of Marbella and Benahavís also participate as sponsors.
