The Staysure Marbella Legends, the tournament that will kick off the Legends Tour season, has been officially presented at FITUR 2025, the International Tourism Trade Fair held in Madrid. This event will bring together some of the most iconic figures in world golf, true legends whose careers have defined the history of the sport. The tournament will be held from February 14 to 16 at the prestigious Aloha Golf Club in Marbella.
A historic date with the legends of golf
The Staysure Marbella Legends will feature players who have marked a before and after in world golf. Among them, as announced today at FITUR:
José María Olazábal, double Augusta Masters champion, 8 Ryder Cups, 23 victories on the European Tour, 6 victories on the PGA Tour, Hall of Fame
Michael Campbell, winner of the U.S. Open and 7 European Tour tournaments
Paul Lawrie, winner of the Open Championship, 8 European Tour victories and has participated in 2 Ryder Cups
Angel Cabrera, winner of the US Open and 5 European Tour tournaments
Miguel Angel Jimenez, 4 Ryder Cup, 21 European Tour and 31 PGA Tour Champions victories
Colin Montgomerie, 8 Ryder Cup, 31 European Tour and 9 Legends Tour victories
