
Leonardo Lilja won the victory at the Andalusian Men’s and Women’s at the Rio Real course in Marbella, Malaga, with a total score of -6.
The player from Aloha was the only one to score under par on the first day, with a magnificent card with 67 strokes (-5), adorned with 6 birdies and a single bogey on the 10th hole. During the second round, he returned to play under par, with 71 strokes -one birdie and two bogeys- for a total of 138.
In second position has finished the SIGA – Sotogrande player, Calvin Greschner, who has improved today, with 71 strokes, the round of 75 that he delivered yesterday. Thus, he has finished with an accumulated 146 strokes (+2), which has been enough to overtake the player of La Quinta, Ken Spencer, who, finally, has been placed in third position with +5.
The awards ceremony was attended by Ignacio Iturbe, Provincial Delegate of the Royal Andalusian Golf Federation in Malaga; Luis Mansilla, President of the Men’s Committee of the Royal Andalusian Golf Federation; and Luis Navarro, Director of Rio Real.
The event was played over 36 holes under Stroke Play, in two consecutive days of 18 holes each.
