

The player from Cadiz was already the leader at the end of an opening round characterized by cold and strong wind. Despite the adverse weather conditions, Enrique Marín finished his first 18 holes with a round of 52 strokes (2 under par), and achieved a minimum income of one stroke over the duo formed by Ángel Hidalgo Portillo and Vicente Serrano Domínguez.
On the second day the bad weather made its presence felt again, although this time it was totally eclipsed by the spectacular play of Enrique Marín.
The SIGA Sotogrande golfer delivered an extraordinary card of 49 strokes for a total of -7, which definitely secured him in the first position.
As for the rest of the classifications, Enrique Marín was also the winner of the Minor category. Miguel Ángel Jiménez Bravo finished first in the Senior category, and José López Moncayo completed his particular double by winning the Senior category, a title he already won last year at national level.

At the end of the competition, prizes were distributed and sports equipment was raffled among all the attendees. The trophy ceremony was attended by Antonio Fuentes, Acting President of the Pitch & Putt Committee of the Royal Andalusian Golf Federation; Francisco Galán, Director of Greenlife Golf Club; and Eugenio Alises, Chief Referee of the championship.
The next events included in the program of activities of the RFGA P&P Technical Committee will be the Andalusian Women’s Championship and the Doubles Championship, newly created tests to be held on April 20 and 21 at Aloha Golf.
