In the heart of Marbella, right at the beginning of the slopes of La Concha, the emblematic mountain of the city, and next to the most prestigious developments near the town center, is Monte Paraiso Golf, a beautiful nine-hole par three course. It is not at all a pitch and putt, since its holes range from seventy-one meters to one hundred and fifty meters, and it offers a great variety and difficulty of play.
Monte Paraíso Golf is a real garden, with a very careful maintenance, and a unique ornamental vegetation. It has several lakes that come into play, a beautiful waterfall, and its greens, in perfect condition, allow many flag positions. Playing here is a whole golf experience, perfect to take a break from the busy life we lead.
This is not an easy course, it requires a lot of precision, so it offers a challenge for all types of players. With several possibilities for the tees, you have to think a lot about each shot because it is not easy to reach the green on every hole. Being so close to the city center, just a couple of minutes away by car, is an undoubted advantage, especially for those who don’t have much time to practice their favorite sport. “Not everyone has five hours to play 18 holes on regular courses, but they certainly have an hour and a half or two to enjoy 9 holes on a quality par 3 course like ours,” says Rafael.
The club has buggies, trolleys and sets of clubs for rent, and private lessons are available.
The complex has a magnificent clubhouse, with all the required services and an added attraction, an exclusive fitness center, the New Concept Training (NCT).
This center features the most advanced systems for training, including Technogym’s revolutionary Kinesis method, which rediscovers the four fundamental physical skills: endurance, balance, strength and flexibility.
“It’s a real revolution for golfers,” says Rafael, “a tool that allows all kinds of movements and works the physical pillars necessary for the practice of this sport.”
The effectiveness of the Kinesis method can be seen in the fact that, apart from numerous amateurs, several professional golfers based on the Costa del Sol train at the NTC.
In addition to the Kinesis method, this fitness center, equipped with sauna and Turkish bath, has the most modern machines for cardiovascular practice, as well as rooms for group aerobics, step, pilates, spinning, etc. classes. Personal trainers are available every day of the week.

Monte Paraiso Golf is accessed from the center of Marbella taking from the main street, Ricardo Soriano, the Avenida Jaime de Mora at the height of the “Pirulí”. The course is about 500 meters away.
