The Costa del Sol is experiencing a new era of splendor in terms of real estate developments around golf courses. Among the new apartment developments, those being developed in the epicenter of what is also known as the Costa del Golf stand out.
The prestigious British company Taylor Wimpey, listed on the London Stock Exchange, is the developer of the apartment complexes Botanic, next to Los Arqueros golf course, in Benahavís, and Horizon Golf, next to one of the three courses of La Cala Resort, in the municipality of Mijas. Another interesting real estate development is Las Terrazas de Atalaya, at the foot of the golf course from which it takes its name, Atalaya, and is marketed by the prestigious company FM Consulting.
BOTANIC
The Botanic complex consists of 92 three-bedroom homes that will have the peculiarity that all of their terraces will be south-facing. The buildings that will make up the development will have four floors.
This development has homes starting at 375,000 euros and will serve as a continuation of the development started by this company in Los Arqueros Golf, one of the first developments in which the company landed in Spain with the acquisition of its golf course in 1996.

HORIZON GOLF
Horizon Golf is the second real estate complex to be launched by Taylor Wimpey and La Cala Resort (the first was a 60-apartment complex, Miraval, which has already been sold in its entirety). The new residential development, with large terraces, includes the development of luxury townhouses and spacious apartments and penthouses in the Mijas resort, which has three golf courses, an academy, hotel, spa and other sports facilities. Prices start at 270,000 euros.

THE TERRACES OF ATALAYA
As for Las Terrazas de Atalaya, it is a complex of 56 apartments and penthouses with two and three bedrooms, very modern and contemporary architecture, with large terraces and solariums to enjoy the most of the south and southwest orientation and golf views and some units with panoramic sea views, kitchens open to the living-dining room, large windows, excellent qualities and spectacular gardens, two swimming pools, two paddle tennis courts and a small social area with barbecue. Prices start at 276,000 euros.
This new residential complex is located next to the golf course in Atalaya Alta, just one kilometer from the beach and the highway and with easy access to the freeway. The development, located in the municipality of Estepona and a short distance from Puerto Banus, is on the road to Benahavis, in the geographical area known commercially as Atalaya Alta, strategically located and oriented to the spectacular Old Course of Atalaya Golf & Country Club.
