In its constant desire to improve and improve its facilities and services, the Reserva del Higuerón Resort has undertaken, among other initiatives, the adaptation of its services and professionals to the demanding standards of the Hilton chain; the construction of new and modern bleachers, landscaping, access and installation of a new lighting system in the sand sports area and improvements in the water area of the Spa.
The year 2017 will undoubtedly mark a before and after in the history of Reserva del Higuerón Resort, since during the first quarter we are undertaking a profound remodeling of our racquet facilities with the construction of new and modern paddle facilities under quality standards that will make them the ideal location for the practice of this sport.
This new work consists of the construction of nine state-of-the-art glass courts to replace the walled courts, to which an additional 1,600 square meters will be added in a new environment approach with a spacious and modern design.
This feature will allow the resort to have nine glass courts, six of which will be panoramic and three of them will have grandstands to accommodate more people, making a total of 12 paddle tennis courts. With these actions, Reserva del Higuerón Resort will have access to the most important national and international events.
The work began on January 9 and is expected to be completed by the end of March.
