Coinciding with the XV Anniversary of Baviera Golf, the pro-shop La Casa Ddel Golf organized a pro-am that brought together more than 120 participants. Several days before the competition, held on December 10, the registration list was closed with an excellent response from the players. Special dates are approaching and in this period close to Christmas the club wanted to join the Red Cross initiative with its campaign “No child without a toy”. The appeal to the players had a great response and minutes before the start of the tournament they filled the pro-shop with toys.
The competition was held under the modality of two best balls Medal Play and the teams were formed by a professional and three amateurs. The course was at its best, as is customary, with fairways and greens in very good condition. A day that dawned cloudy and then the sun shone and moderate temperatures was the perfect formula for a splendid day of golf. During the round the players tasted exquisite cheeses and products of the region to replenish energy, remove tensions and enjoy the game.
At the end of the tournament, all participants enjoyed a gala lunch at the Natural&Mente Restaurant, which was specially decorated for the occasion, followed by the awards ceremony.
The best classified team, with 127 strokes, was formed by the professional Bartolome Quiros, and the amateurs Juan Manuel Gonzalez Cazorla, Juan Manuel Gonzalez Mejias and Juan Carlos Espinosa Siles.
