After 22 seasons of golf tournaments Sydkusten has changed the format to separate competitions every quarter. The first one was played yesterday at El Paraiso Golf (Estepona) with great attendance and unbeatable weather. The format was Medal Play.
The event included catering by El Gamonal restaurant and the Miadel store, and a delicious lunch. The new format was very well received by both participants and sponsors, among them the Swedish financial company Humle Kapitalförvaltning. The best result was scored by professional player Sebastian Hansson, who beat the field with a round of 69 strokes (three under par). The three winners will be invited to celebrate their victory at the restaurant La Pappardella Puerto Banús.
SK Golf is organized by the Swedish newspaper Sydkusten. The sponsors at El Paraíso Golf were Humle Kapitalförvaltning, Casa Santi, Restaurante El Gamonal, La Pappardella Puerto Banús, El Asador de Antonio and Miadel.
