The Andalucía Costa del Sol Open de España acquires an important local reinforcement in the list of participants of this important tournament which is the culmination of the Race to Costa del Sol and which will be held from November 25 to 28 at Los Naranjos Golf Club.
Ana Peláez, Noemí Jiménez and Laura Gómez, all three from Malaga, join the recently announced Carlota Ciganda, Fátima Fernández Cano, Luna Sobrón and Beatriz Recari and will form the spearhead of the national contingent in this event that closes the Ladies European Tour season and in which 72 players will compete, the 64 best of the Race to Costa del Sol and eight invited by the organization.
Leading the Malaga trident is Ana Pelaez, who joined the professional ranks this year. The golfer from Rincón de la Victoria already had an outstanding performance as an amateur in the 2020 edition of the Andalucía Costa del Sol Open de España, where she completed the podium only behind the winner, the Danish Emily Kristine Pedersen, and the Balearic Nuria Iturrioz. Pelaez arrives at Los Naranjos Golf Club with the intention of consolidating her incipient career and will be measured again with the best of the circuit.

She will be accompanied by two people from Marbella, Laura Gómez and Noemí Jiménez, a reference for the fans of the area and both with victories at the international level within the LET Access Series. The two will try to assert their local knowledge to take advantage of the visit to Los Naranjos Golf Club and, along with Ana Pelaez, will become the focus of the eyes of the fans who come to enjoy in situ of this great competition, a reference that highlights Manuel Cardeña, Deputy Mayor and Delegate of Sports of the City of Marbella.
